What can be reported?
The whistleblower channel is used to report possible crimes and/or violations related to:
- Any action or omission that may constitute a violation of European Union law.
- Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.
- Non-compliance with: Policies and procedures established in the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and Preventive Activity Planning. Data Protection Policies. Other internal policies and procedures.
Use of the channel
This communication channel is intended exclusively for: employees, internal staff, and freelancers; shareholders and members of the company’s management or supervisory boards (including non-executive members); and anyone working for or under the supervision of contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
