If you’re coming from downtown Madrid, enter via Avenida de América (even-numbered side). If you’re coming from the A-2 highway, enter via Avenida de América (odd-numbered side), next to the taxi line.

When entering the parking lot
Press the button to receive your ticket, and the barrier will lift. Park in any available space that is not reserved. Remember not to lose your ticket.

When leaving the parking lot
Pay for your stay at the cashier and proceed to the exit. The barrier will lift automatically without needing to insert the ticket. If the barrier doesn’t open, scan the ticket’s barcode at the exit barrier reader. Otherwise, press the information button to get assistance to open the barrier.
Remember: If you are a member of any parking-related app, you will pay directly and will not receive a ticket.

Electric vehicle charging stations
14 electric vehicle charging points have been installed on level -3 of the public parking lot, powered by 100% renewable energy with certified guarantees of origin. They include 2 fast chargers, 10 semi-fast chargers, and 2 standard chargers, all accessible through the Iberdrola Public Charging App for geolocation, availability, reservation, and payment. Additionally, an ultra-fast charging station is being developed with Driveco, which will add 7 chargers (14 points), including 6 of 200 kW and 1 of 400 kW, optimizing charging times.
